Yes. PRIMARY2 can be chosen directly by those who want a simpler, consistent daily routine. +PLUS4 remains the intensive protocol, with higher doses of collagen and hyaluronic acid.
Can I take the DAY and NIGHT tablets at the same time?
The recommended directions are 1 DAY tablet in the morning and 1 NIGHT tablet in the evening. Taking them separately makes the Day & Night routine more orderly; it is therefore preferable not to take both tablets together as a regular habit.
What should I do if I forget a tablet?
Do not take a double dose. Resume normally with the next scheduled tablet.
How long can PRIMARY2 be taken?
PRIMARY2 is designed as an ongoing-care programme. The duration can be adapted to individual needs and alternation with +PLUS4. In cases of prolonged use, drug therapies or use of other supplements, it is advisable to review the routine periodically with your doctor or pharmacist.
Is it suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
No. The formula contains hydrolysed marine collagen and is therefore not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
Can I take it with other supplements?
